just another day working. Really hate NASTY ppl. They always think that they win because they can speak very loud and very unreasonable. They are just B****** n B****** who totally have no manners. Can't they use their eyes to see that everyone is busy? not only themselves are busy or frustrated. They always complain that our services are LOUSY N INEFFICIENT. OH pls. We can't satisfy everyones needs. No matter what there will be people who are unhappy. No choice.
i still remember one customer. She cant even pronounce specifically.
She: i don't care. I called the hotline am i specific-tually tell them that i will come and collect my atm card at this time. I don't want to wait. (opening her eyes wider than before)
Me: So u SPECIFICALLY (i emphasis it with a louder voice but she didn't notice haha) called up? but i am sorry. Everyone has to queue up. It's quite unfair for everyone cause everyone are also rushing for time.
She: i specific-tually called and i want it now.
(just one B**** who thinks she is great *puke* )
Another one. She keeps on complaining that there is something wrong with her bankbook n she can't update it no matter how many times and how many different machines she tried. After she changed another bankbook, the same thing happen.
She: Is there something wrong with my passbook or is there something wrong with the bank? What's the point of having the machines when i cant update it.
My colleague: No there is nothing wrong with the book. It's just coincidental that it cant work everytime.
She: SO YOU MEAN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME? (i feel like laughing and reply YES)
My colleague: No, its just coincidental. Really feel like slapping that woman. So demanding and always think that they are right. =O
Quite happy that tmr will be my last day of work. =) hate handling customers with bad attitude.
